When can you receive your order?

Normally we'll ship out your order within 1-2 business days. We'll also contact you before delivery if any items of your order is in short. 

Delivery time:

           US            15-35 days by E-packet  3-5 days by DHL

Other countries   15-35 days by E-packet  15-40 days by Registered mail   4-6 days by DHL

How will I know if my order shipped?

What is your policy if you’re unable to ship an item I ordered? does not have a back order system. All items listed as available to purchase on our website are in stock and ready to ship.

In the rare case we are unable to ship the full quantity of an item or items in your order we will contact you by email to notify you of any changes. You will only be charged for the items that ship from our warehouse.

It is not our policy to ship similar items in place of an item that is unavailable before your comfirmation.

What is your Return Policy?

We are happy to accept returns, and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. We do not accept returns on special orders. 

When returning items for exchange in the same category of products, you will receive the same quantity discount as your original order. All other items will be calculated as a new order. The quantity discount pricing will be based on the number of items placed on the new order. is not responsible for postage on returned items. In the event that you return a large quantity of items for which you have received assortable or quantity discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept. 

If you receive an order with an error please email us so we can correct the issue immediately.

How quickly will you receive my return package after I ship it?

The length of time it takes for your return to arrive in our warehouse is determined by the shipping method you use as well as your location. USPS Parcel Post items can take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive at our warehouse and have no guaranteed delivery time.

Please speak with your local Post Office to determine the estimated time of arrival for your package.

We do advise insuring your mail or using delivery confirmation for high value items. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. An email notification will be sent to you when your refund is completed.

Please do not refuse your package as this will severely delay the return of your package and a shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.
